Furniture-Shipped Directly from Manufacturer Our furniture is handcrafted and the designs are hand painted in Lancaster County, PA by the Amish. Each piece is made to order so please allow 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. Please note that the price of the furniture is based on shipments made within Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. There will be additional shipping charges outside of this area. |

Preordered Items- Preordered items will not be charged to your credit card until they are actually shipped. See product description for expected ship date. |

Please Note- The above shipping costs apply to shipments within the 48 contiguous US states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and APO addresses will be charged an additional $8.00. |

Canadian
Shipments- Shipments to Canada may incur customs duties. These charges will be the responsibility of the customer. |

International Shipments- Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship outside of the United States and Canada. |

Payment Options- All prices for products and shipping are in US dollars. For your shopping convenience we accept MasterCard or Visa. We also accept US Money Orders. No personal checks will be accepted. |

PA Sales Tax- Pennsylvania Sales Tax is automatically added to orders delivered within Pennsylvania. |

Returns- Please note that we take extreme care in providing you with a clear picture and an accurate description of each item; therefore we do not accept returns and all sales are final. If an order is received damaged you must call us immediately so we can file a claim. UPS requires you to save the box and packaging material for 14 days to allow them to inspect the damage before paying the claim. |
